POLICIES
Box Office Policies
The box office will open for pre-performance sales one hour prior to each performance. Tickets to the upcoming performance are the only tickets sold during this hour.
- A $2 processing fee is charged for online orders. This fee is required of each order (not each ticket).
- Payment is required at the time of order. The box office can not accept reservations and does not form waiting lists.
- All sales are final. Tickets can not be refunded and only season subscribers may exchange tickets for another event.
- All ticket holders (season subscribers and individual ticket purchasers) may exchange seats for the same performance to accommodate unforeseen needs such as additional guests or an injury that requires aisle or accessible seating.
Discounts are offered to students and senior citizens. Groups of 10 or more can receive a 10% discount off the regular ticket price by contacting the box office manager in advance of the sale. Because student and senior citizen tickets are already discounted, the group rate discount can not be applied to student or senior citizen tickets within the group.
- student is defined as anyone age 5 through college
- senior citizen is defined as anyone age 60 & older
